This fountain is on the square where I live. It's funny it is a tribute to the Union soldiers & I am from the South and we burned Chambersburg to the ground! That is the past though and I love this town and fountain! The flowers are changed for the season around it and the flags added for certain holidays! I did this for the Beautiful Fountain Challenge!
PS Hey is anyone else having trouble uploading took me days to finally get this to upload!?!
