this is nanny, my father's mother, with my children and my cousin's children. she passed away 8 years ago at the age of 92. she was a much loved member of our family! : ) she was also a 43 year survivor of oral cancer and had half of her jaw and tongue removed at 49 years of age.

Nanny was such a wonderful Grandmother! I sure do miss her and am sad that my kids weren't old enough to remember her, although they had some beautiful blankets and sweater sets that she made specially for them : )
