In the foreground is my boyfriend. He's a Sergeant on the local police force. Both images were taken from one photo I took at this past Memorial Day parade. I felt the saying was fitting because the brave in this case are my boyfriend and his co-workers, the veterans, and the flag represents all Americans. It also keeps in our thoughts, military personel and there families who are serving our country around the world.
