I did this page to see what the picture of my daugter dakota would turn out like from a tutorial i followed from carena's extravagant page.

Cool page - love the photo. Why not try laying the photo over a plain (no pattern paper) as an overlay (play with the blends to the way you like it) - let the paper come through. I think on the overlay I would remove the background - just a few ideas you may like to try. Hugs - glad you liked the tutorial. Love this page. Well done - into my favourites
