This is for the ABC's of Scrapbooking Challenge. Feels good to make a page again! It's been a while! I made this cake to practice for the upcoming decorating unit in my Food Prep class. The cake is covered in Marshmallow Fondant with Royal Icing Roses and buttercream writing.
