I work in the health care field and find scrapbooking a wonderful way to unwind at the end of a long day! Scrapbooking is especially meaningful for me as I am creating a keepsake of memories/photos that I know will be treasured through the years.

I agree with you that scrapping helps you to unwind ... I feel the same way and I'm able to totally able to escape from my worries when I'm scrapping... until I suddenly realize that it's 2:00 a.m. and I have to be up at 6:00 ;-) Time just flies! This is an awesome page!
