This page was scrapped for the Hockey Challenge. Memphis no longer has any ice sports. The 2 ice rinks we used to have have long been closed. Memphis used to have a farm team of the Detroit Red Wings here but that contract was dissolved long ago. We used to have the RiverKings Hockey Team here but due to lack of support and a ice rink and arena that were of better quality they moved across the state line to Southaven, Mississippi. Southaven built a beautiful new arena that is now their home.
