I think there are certain birthdays/milestones throughout life that are a little like new years eve, we stop and take stock of all thats gone before and that sometimes makes us a little sad and fearful of whats ahead ... often the anticipation is worse than the eventuality ... have a great birthday, enjoy it in whatever ways you can xxx
