It was my oldest daughter's 7th birthday. My little Kaitlyn who had just turned two in Feb, thought the cake looked mighty tasty. Before I knew it, Kaitlyn was covered in cake before anyone had the chance to get any. I was upset at the time at having to bake another at the last minute, but I found myself laughing at the joys of motherhood.
