I made the bridemaids and brides flowers for our daughter's wedding out of silk. You can make them way ahead of time and have plenty of time to shop and experiment with what you like! I even did the arch you see in the photo and all the reception and church flowers. It was a lot of work but fun, and you can get friends to help! I shopped off season and got things half price too! Hope you enjoy! Here comes the bride Challenge!!

I also bought candle holders we could use in our home after the wedding, in fact all my decoration could be used in the home after the wedding. The archway we have outside in the yard and since it was a garden theme my yard and Jeri-Ann's looks gorgeous with all the decorations we had to use after the wedding. Such wonderful memories too!!

Beautiful page. I agree you can definitely same lots of money by doing things yourself. I did that for both my daughters weddings. I even made my oldest daughters dress. I need to drag out their wedding pictures and make some pages.
