About this scrapbook page: |
I thought I would do a page to acknowledge the tremendous achievement of my husband and son who climbed one of the most demanding climb of the Tour de France. Lance Armstrong the famous American cyclist has done it. It is a relentless climb in a landscape of pure white stone that reflects the sun. In the 60s a British cyclist died whilst climbing it during the Tour - Tony Simpson. It is called the Giant Of Provence. Awsome view from the top too!

Great page. I am a Tour de France fan and have seen the cyclists faces when they do that strech. Yellow jersey to you son and the red spotted jersey to your hubby. White jersey for you:-)
