I had heard of Christian one of the few remaining working shepperd left in France. Then one day, whilst on a walk on the Causse (Lozere area), I met him. We talked for a while about his job.It was a very special moment in my life, one that I will never forget. I felt privileged that he had taken the time to speak to me. His dog was not just his dog, he was his best friend.
