Hi,I do both traditional and digital scrapbooking. I do some storeybooks (hardprinted) as I truly believe that they are selfesteem building for children. For adults, they create a great history of your life--activities, likes, people, family, friends, travels, interests, style etc etc.
Scrapbooking provides a necessary creative outlet for my life. I also sew for this same reason. I do some geneology as well. I have very bad arthritis and am less physical (no more skiing), than previously so have developed some other interests.
