I love this challenge! THANK YOU DAWN, it forces me to do things with my pse8 that I never thought that could be done.

I duplicated the photo and started playing with both layers. Selected Kevin in both layers to reduce the effects of the filters on him. Used almost all filters, undid a lot again, so I don`t remember what I kept and what I removed again. As last I used the cookie cutter on the top layer and see here the result. I did not cut the photo, this happened when I used the cookie cutter
