I started scrapbooking as a kid but didn't know it. When traveling with my family I would pick up all kinds of momento's and place them in scrapbooks and then tell about what was special about where we had been. Now I scrap pictures + momento's and still write. I have 4 grandchildren, 3-17, take 1000's of pictures a year, and can spend days (re)organizing my stash.
I don't scrap in chronological order, but do some of this and that. I have 5 albums in progress at this time. I frequently make albums as gifts for special events.
