I have been married for 30 years now and have 2 grown step sons and 3 grandchildren. I always leaned more toward needlecrafts. I learned to knit at 7 while in England, my grandmother taught me to crochet and I taught myself counted cross stitch. I started sewing while in grade school and am a competant seamstress.
I tried scrapbooking about 6 years ago and just couldn't get into it until digital became popular. I hated dealing with pens, scissors, stamps and all things that go with regular scrapbooking. Give me cloth, thread and yarn, I can do anything...give me pens and paper and I turn into Bozo the wonder chimp.
