Yes I've done another hope you like it? I think I've started somthing as I wrote one at 2.30am instead of sleeping them I did another today I keep turning everything I think into rhyme.

Getting lost in writing or scrapping or anything creative is the best medicine, especially when there's no relief from the chemical kind and sleep roams elusively with those darned sheep on the Welsh hilltops grazing in the mist-kissed heather!
