On Thursday night, we found 2 giant bumblebees in our basement, all dazed and confused. Calvin trapped them and took them outside. They were pretty stressed but willingly allowed me to get some shots before they readied themselves for takeoff. I told them my house is not going to be their new home and so far none of their pals has shown up. These were over 1.5 inches long.
