Me too...I signed in jsut to see if there was an update....I have had Katlin on my mind so I thought I would check it out....I hope and pray she is healing and when the test come back that there is no cancer.

Hey guys, I'm so sorry but there has been no news till late last night and I talked with her mom this morning. Here is what she said. Plus I'll write it down and post:)
They still are not certain. But they dont think it's the germinoma tumor we were all hoping for:( By the looks of the frozen sample it seems like it's in the class with glioma tumors. Glioma 1 and 2 tumors are benign(non-cancerous). While the others, 3 and 4 are fatal within 12 months. If you are familiar with Ted Kennedy, he has the same type except his is glioma 4, which is the worst one and you have a 5% chance of making it through:( We went from almost impossible of it benign to 50% chance so that is good news, but if she has glioma 3 or 4 it won't be a good thing. I am of course hoping and praying that it is benign. Things can change over the weekend with the samples so this info isnt 100% difinative til Monday. Just keep on praying for our little one. She seems to be alert so far no sign of complcations. Love ya.

Prayer never fails us. How marvelous that she is responding and that the news is more promising that before. Continue sending up prayers for positive news and speedy recovery. Thanx for the updates.
