it can be so hard at time, my sister is now 19 and was told she was bipolar at 16 but has been in and out of hosiptal since she 13, she used to say so things that really upset and i felt on edge all the time as one min she would be fine and the next she would be self harming i used to blamb myself for a lot of it and spend many a night crying in my room. my sister has also tried killing her self a number of time.
she has been out of hospital for 6 months now and she is doing well has only had one really bad set back since coming home and is looking into going to college which is a big deal for her as she only did one year of high school and finds it hard in crowded places . i still have nightmare and worry that one day she will be gone from my life. this is the frist time i have every spoke about this in detail.
fingers crossed that things can only get better for her.
