You can turn your pictures diagnol on this program by going into "Edit Pictures" and there is a rotate button, however, it leaves a background area still in the shape of a square. Not sure if I described that well. I would like to know how people rotate their embellishments though.

I have problems with that also. You can not leave your background transparent. It always make it a color. Do you know how to get it to be transparent.

I know it's been a while since anyone has touched this, but I just downloaded a free trial of PSP X1 and was wondering if anyone could give me a sort of step by step "how to" on achieving this diagonal thing. I've tried a few things, but no luck. Thanks!

I use PSPx and it's real easy to rotate images. With the image selected (meaning: make sure you're on the right layer) and your pick tool on, you'll see a box around your image with a little circle in the middle with a handle out to the right. At the end of the handle, there's filled-in square. If you move your mouse over the square, your cursor turns into a thingy with little rounded arrows. Once you have the arrows, just click and hold, moving the mouse up or down. You'll see the picture/element spin.
If this is confusing, send me a message and I can walk you through it.
