You could try navigating to your c-drive/program files/Aurora digital Imaging/Scrapbook flair/templates/place them inside that directory in the appropriate size folder or 12x12 folder whichever you use. Keep in mind which files you have put in or try with one or two to see if it works for you. If it does you know what to do. If it doesnt work remove them and back to tthe drawing board email SBF on the contact us. Sue

The templates you download from SF can be kind of confusing. 1. After you have downloaded the template you want, open the SF software. 2. Start a new project 3. Start a blank project 4. When the next window opens, there should be a button at the top right saying "Show Design Ideas" click that and it will show you some of the software ideas. 5. There will be a button at the bottom of that window saying "Import My Template" 6. Click that and find the template you downloaded. 7. Once you find it and click on it, it will appear in your previous window of design ideas. 8. Choose that template and it will open in your SF software with areas in the frames that you click and add your photos to. Have fun!!!! Laura

I am frustrated.
I have looked at and followed all sorts of instructions. I am not an idiot and I have asked my daughter who has her BS in computer science for help. Bottom line is that the SDF software is not opening the downloads. I need an email addy for someone involved with the design of this site and product to find out why this is not working. I sent for the cd and maybe it is not functioning correctly, but whatever it is I am annoyed that I have wasted a lot of time on research and trying and it still does not work. Can someone help me with contact info on a person who actually knows how to get this working?

Heya, I don't know if it will help, but on the actual Home page there is a little link down the bottom of the page that says Contact Us. I don't know if they are the right people to get in touch with, but they may be able to point you in the right direction. I hope you get it sorted soon gina x

hi all firstly im glad to hear that i am not the only person to have experienced this problem and i have to say ive had it happen with kits ive purchased and kits ive had as freebies. it doesnt seem to matter where i have them from - which site or which designer - it always happens to a section of the kits i download. i must have over 20 kits that dont open. why keep having them you may ask when they dont open - well the answer to that is that you keep the faith and try another site and because there is so many beautiful kits available, i choose too many at once to purchase from these sites. it has been, and still is, the most frustrating thing about scrapbooking and scrapbook flair. i can only join you in your frustration as i still have no idea how to fix it and believe me i have tried a multitude of things to sort this problem out. if you ever find a definite answer to it please please let me know. all the best Jayne (ajdaisi)

S.O.S. When I download some embellishments they have a blackened area and then when I hit the preview button the black area doesn't show...but last night I stayed up for hours working on a page and lo and behold...when it went to Scrapbook Flair it had the black areas visible. I immediately deleted it and lost it forever...only had a thumbnail saved. Oh well...my question is why the black areas and how to eliminate them?
