Updat on Chris

I talked to Chris yesterday and she is having her P.E.T. scan today so they can determine if the cancer has spread and to where if it has. She is very tired, and in a lot of pain, but is still trying to work. She finds out wed about her chemo and radiation. She thinks that will start this week. She is keeping up her spirits, and is trying very hard to beat this, but she is also scared. We cried together on the phone.., but I didn't let her know of my tears. Chris, how in this world did I get so blessed to have you for a friend..I love you dearly..I will talk to her again later this week..

Thank you for this update. Poor Chris. It is so heartbreaking when someone we care about is so ill, we feel so helpless. I hope that all the loving thoughts and prayers which are being sent her way, will help her recovery. Please let her know how much her friends here are wishing her well.
