What Confirms Your Faith?

Gerry R.C. Wright says:
We all have faith in our beliefs, even the athiest and agnostic beliefs are based on faith, even if that means they have faith that there is no God, or ANYTHING for that matter. I'm interest in what confirms your faith for you?
I'll give you an example. Last week I was walking down my hall when I noticed the exterior wall to the furnace closet was warm. I touched it and burned my hand. I opened the closet and saw flames shooting out of the side of the furnace!! I removed the outer wall of the closet and was shocked. The furnace had burnt a hole in the interior wall, there were scorch marks up and down where the vinyl covering had burned off.
The furnace had burned through the heat exchange unit, a layer of insullation AND the outer wall of the furnace before burning through the wall!! This was at approximately 11 PM on a Friday night, all 5 of us were home.
The furnace repairman and the insurance claims adjuster both said the same thing, there is no reason why our house did not catch on fire and burn to the ground (we live in a mobile home and they go up pretty quick). I agree to a point, there is no EARTHLY reason our house did not go up (and kill us all in the process). The only explaination is that God kept a potential tragedy from happening. For whatever reason (and I may never know in my lifetime) God protected us that night.
Too many things happened in just the right way for it to be happenstance, there is no coincidence. This incident (plus the way God provided, through others, for us while I was off work) has cemented my faith.
Not too worry, not prostletyzing or judging, but these are the things that confirm MY faith. I'd really like to hear YOUR stories.
Love and laughter,
G

I'm with ms_creations .. everything around me confirms my faith .. the divine is imminent in all I see, hear, feel .. when I have a WOW moment of (so called) coincidence my faith in the interconnectedness of everything is confirmed .. even when I see the destruction of our earth and hear stories of cyclones and bushfires etc I think to myself "oops Mother is Pissed!" *grin*
