I like the pictures of your dog. If I were to change anything, it would be the boarder, and the clip art. For the back ground I would mess around with a little color or even more so with a black and white pattern back ground, just to make it just a little more eye chatching. With the clip art I think I would replace it with maybe a cute little joke. But I would leave most of the page in black and white cause it seem to work with the dog. nice page.
