Open scrapbook flair software and begin a new project. Once you have selected your background and finish the first page, then click on Page and Select New Page and create the next page the same way you did the first one. Continue adding pages until your scrapbook is finished! If you wish to view your entire scrapbook, click on View Layout and Scrapbook Flair will show you the pages.
