No sign of cancer so far is definately good news. An aquaintance of mine had a brain tumor about 4 years back that was removed. His was not cancerous and the removal was a success. He did however loose his sight in one eye and I will tell you that his road back to being himself was a very long and slow process. We worried that he would never regain his (the glass was always 1/2 full) look on life and his tremendous sense of humor, but that ALL came back in time. Therefore I remain hopeful that she will have the same results and I will continue having positive thoughts for her and also keep her in my prayers. (((hugs))) to her and her family! Thank you so much for keeping us posted!

Yes this is very encouraging. The doctors told Katie's parents Katie has a long road ahead. So you are right about that one. I hope and pray she comes out of this successfully. Thank you for sharing about your friend. Love to you all:)

Sounds like great news, if the tests are coming back negative. I hope they are able to remove the tumor without any complications. I hope the tumor is non cancerous just like the tests have been showing.

Just to let eveyone know. They took Katlin up at 12:30. Katlin's mom said that she was making get well cards before she went up for the kids in ICU with her. She has such a sweet heart. I've been on pins and needles not knowing. My mother-n-law called and told me what time they took her to surgery. She couldn't take it either so she called:)
