Help with the buddy icon?

Hi there everyone, I've been trying to change my buddy icon to a personal phote but it wont let me does anyone have any suggestions? Could use some help, thanks!

First on your home page:
Click on (Change My Settings) then click on the dot beside
Use an image on your computer:
then click on "browse"
find the image you want to use then click on save.
That should do it :)

Make sure what you are uploading is the appropriate size that the website will accept. I had to resize my photo.
