Your Weight Loss

Hi there, any diet tips for those of us who need to drop excess weight? What type of method did you use to achieve your goal? I am starting to eat better foods, but need to get myself back to the gym. I have an onsite gym at work so have absolutely no excuse at all for not going. Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I have tried every diet under the sun, but none of them work, at least not over time. The best thing I did was join a gym and start working out, my husband and I to changed our eating habits and eat healthier. But I do believe a main factor is the late evening snacking around the TV. If I decide I want a snack it is usually fruit or my favorite fat free fudgesicles. The best thing is to find foods that work with your metabolism and stick with them. But at times you will have to get creative with cooking. My foods are Chicken and Green Beans, so I can get pretty sick of eathing them.
