I did the same thing! The page wasn't loading so I clicked again and now there are many pages there.
Please delete the extras.

If you look on the right hand side of your original page you will see topics such as challenges and groups you have joined.... well in the groups heading you should see friends and a little x in brackets. Click on the x and it will remove the extra page without harming your points( make sure it is next to the friends group).
