Please, please, please, can someone help me. I cannot open any templates that I have downloaded. When I go to download, I have tried 2 ways to save them. Tried save to SF, tried saving to a file.
Neither will open anything.
This is how I try to open template.........
Open your scrapbook flair software and choose "create a new project"
Then "start a blank project"
At the top of the next window will be a button that says "show design ideas"
Click on it and then toward the bottom it will say "import my template"
Then when you click that, it should take you to My Documents on your computer.Find the template you loaded and double-click that... Nothing happens. I have tried downloading again, nothing. I have downloaded SF 3 times. It makes no difference. I know I am doing something wrong, but I just can't figure what it is. Please help me. I have had this program for about 6 months now and it is really frustrating not to be able to use it.

(new page->design ideas->select the right paper size and orientation, and select the right theme->import template)
