First and most important you must have a program that zips and unzips your files. Stuffit and WinZip are both excellent choices if you don't already have one.

Once you click on the download button a box should appear asking you where to save it to. You should designate a folder in your documents area and keep your zip files there. Once the download is complete go to the zip file and double click - when it opens save the enclosed items to another folder with a recognizable name. Voila...that's all there is to it!
