need help!

Hi I'm new. I can't even seem to get the main thing to download correctly. When I do, all it does is freeze up my computer, and I have to shut the whole thing off. My computer supposedly meets the hardware requirements. Any suggestions as to what I might be doing, or what I might try to get it to work correctly?????

I am new as well, and am not having any problems using the software.
If the main program is not functioning correctly, the first thing you should try is uninstalling the program and then reinstalling it. If it is still freezing up your pc, you may have RAM issues with your computer.
If you have sufficient memory installed on your pc to run this software, then your virtual memory may be being used by other programs you have running in the background and "hogging" your available RAM resources. Hope that this helps.

Thank you. I'm going to try ordering the cd and see if my computer will like that better. I have lots of RAM, and I don't thinkthere are other things running, but then again, I'm not very computer friendly...
I'll see what happens with the cd!

Screensavers, anti-virus software, pop-up blockers, animated cursers use a lot of ram. Follow soflatracy's advice and try uninstalling and reinstalling.
Before you downloaded, did you clear your caches? (Temporary internet files etc.)
