i'm new and i dont know how to rotate the embelishments or how to work the lil bar off to the right that allow you to change the order of the layers will someone please help or direct to a program thats free or can someone send me a copy of a prog. i'm a stay at home mom and with only one income and no other help i'm lucky to have internet less the money to buy progams to play with thanks
