I have used it and found it rather difficult. It claims to be like PhotoShops Elements, but it isn't. You can download a free 30 day trial for PhotoShops Elements 5.0. If you need any help, just let me know.

It's all I've ever used.. so it doesn't seem difficult to me - I personally think it's a great program!
