I'm working on a kit to be called Sunny Days. The color theme is sky blue, yellow and spring green. I would love any ideas/suggestions for it! Such as what type of embellishments to make, etc. So far all I've made for it are papers, ribbons and a button.

How about a frame using suns? You can add your own brushes to GIMPPressionist. You could make a sun shaped brush and use that to make your frame into something kind of cool.
A tag or two would be neat too. You can find templates in Google, like what a teacher would use in school. Using the wand selector you can select an area shaped like the template . . . and then copy that same shape using pretty much any background that you want.
How about a 3-D box, like a dice (die?) with suns on the showing side? If you've never done a 3D box it's pretty simple. You stretch two sides of a square using "persepctive" and then shadow just those two sides.
