Uploading does not work? PLEASE HELP

hi all,
i have downloaded the software etc etc made my very first digital scrapbook ;) BUT when i want to share it from where i created it or upload it from My Home it says error: only in jpf bmf (something like that) can't remember exactly, but it does not want to upload my scrapbook (six pages)...what to do what to do i feel blue ;( please help ;)

make sure u saved ur page as A jpeg & try uploading one page at A time. I haven't been able to upload more than one page at A time.

thanks so much, will try uploading one page at a time...when i save it it only gives me option to save as "scrapbookflair project" and nothing else, so i think the one page at a time might work ;)

aarghhh! finally got it to save as jpeg file when i used export etc. but everytime i upload, even one or whole scrapbook, it kind of "disconnects" me from internet or just jumps to internet error or server error...anybody have same problem with the uploading? i know it's not my internet server cause other sites still running, but it's only when i want to upload it starts and then goes out of all a sudden...;( what to do now? any ideas..?
