Hi Michelley I have joined your group as I too have a chronic disease Ulcerative Colitis.I don't talk about it much but I know what you mean about a chronic disease keeping you down. I love to scrap when I feel up to it but I don't know what scraps you would like in your group so I haven't posted anything yet. I usually just scrap what I feel like. Can you please let me know what sort of scraps are required for your group. Cheers Robyn.

Hey Robyn, Sorry to hear that you are battling too. ((((hugs)))))) You can post any and all scraps here. I should have included that in the description, I'll change it. :) I made this group just for fun and as way for people who are struggling to reach out to each other to say hi, and also to share whatever they want to :) Feel free to post as little or as much as you'd like. Sending hugs to you today Michelle

Hi Michelle, I am so happy to see your group and have joined if you will have me. I Love my Family, and scrapping. It does help to have things to do when pain becomes hard to bear, for me, so as to block it a bit. Scrapping my grand daughter and grandsons brings me a lot of happiness. Sorry to hear Robyn suffers with a chronic disease as well. I am here to support you and anyone all who wish to join. Also can you let me know what you would like to see in our scrapbook pages may be.? Thank you. Soft Hugs Maureen xxxx

Hi Sherry, sorry to hear about all the pain you have to deal with, but I was so glad your bypass surgery went well. Isn't always the way to fix a problem we often get left with another problem. It's like medications they put you on to help your illness but those Medications bring there own problems, and then it's endless blood tests to make sure they aren't causing more problems it just never stops. So glad you joined us in Michelle's group, we might sound like a group of old broken down machines but we will be hear for each other and if I can help in anyway just give me a shout and I'll help if I can. Hugs Robyn xxx

Hey Sherry, I'm glad you're here! I know quite a few people who were left with a problem after surgery. That just sucks. Do you have neuropathy? I have small fiber neuropathy and when it flares it feels like someone doused me with gasoline and lit a match. No fun at all. And Robyn-haha! to the broken down machines. :D My joints do make a lot of noise when I'm moving, it's like a symphony of rusty machinery. :) Thank you ALL for being here. Life is hard even when you have no medical conditions, so when you do it makes it that much better to have friends that understand, care, and don't get cranky when you need to vent. I ENCOURAGE venting. It's the only way to get it out of your system and then your closer to being ok with yourself. I call mine pity parties (LOL) but I give them a time limit (1 day) and I close myself up in my room, put on a sad movie and cry cry cry. It's cleansing. And you wouldn't believe how much better you feel after since you gave yourself permission to do so.

~~continued because i'm chatty today haha~~If you end up crying without telling yourself that it's ok first, sometimes you end up feeling weak and/or guilty. We want NONE of the negatives. We are amazing women who by some outside influences named RA, DM, osteoarthritis, nerve pain, ulcerative colitis, heart issues. and many side effects, we have each other. I think life is a crazy ride, and am happy to have some crazy riders riding it with me! Don't be afraid to share. We are all here for each other. I call that a blessing! I'm very glad to have you all in my life. Now, let's get to scrappin!!!!!!! haha! xoxoxoxoxo

O Michelle I know what you mean I love having a good cry watching movies, but some days you think if I start I won't stop. I am feeling very lonely and a bit scared today, Hubbies gone back to work and we had 2 rapist escape from the prison last night, usually I don't worry but I am a bit today. We live one street from the prison so usually the police and dogs are out quick and you know something's up but I didn't hear them last night, just heard about it this morning when mark was leaving for work, so every time I hear a noise I freak out a bit I hope they catch them soon. Usually they head for the bush to get some distance from the prison but you never know they may steal your car to get away. I think it is going to be a long night tonight.

Wow Robyn, that is scary!! I'm a wimp when I'm home alone and we don't live near a prison!! Did they catch them yet? Holy moly. As for that feeling of not being able to stop, I get that too. I still let em rip. I used to hold it in alot and have found that a good cry is cleansing. I hope you are doing well today. xoxoxoxoxo
