How does "nature" make you a better person?

For me, when I see a beautiful, perfect flower I am reminded that there's perfection in everything..even though it may appear that things are not as good as we want them to be, balance, beauty and joy are what we are striving for, and the journey to get there is what its all about...and in that journey we WILL have that balance, beauty and joy...we need to stop and be aware..let go, breathe deeply and be Ok with ourselves and our lives. Nature always sends me the message that things are Ok. Everything is perfectly imperfect. And that's OK. have a wondeful day everybody!

What a wonderful statement....I totally agree!!! I think sometimes we get so caught up in our own world, that when we take a minute to enjoy the wonderful beauty we are surrounded by...well, it just helps everything else be in perspective.

I agree with everyone. Even if I am exhausted, I know if I just get outside, I will feel better immediately. You can probably tell by my photos, that I love to hike. I agree that the mountains are unbelievably peaceful. I love to hike to the top and just sit and take in the view and think.

Nayyan, such lovely words. We travel the USA on a Honda GoldWing Motocycle where you can see, hear, feel and taste nature. We ride just to see the plains, the flowers, the wildlife, and the Purple Mountain Majesties, in other words, we wish to see God's canvas that he so lovely paints for all of us if we will just look!.
