I think we should be posting pages that are examples of different techniques that people might find useful. I haven't posted one yet, but I think I'd probably do a comment too on what/how I did whatever it is. I think your page with Shannon on the couch is a great example! I'd have never thought of using a tripod to keep the focal piece (couch in your case) in the same place so the extraction is easier...

you don't need to post all your pages. What Carol said is fine. You don't even have to post a page you can join the group discussions here. This is all about helping each other with techniques and effects and even what programs are used to acheive them. Posting pages here helps with showing what were talking about. Your page "Shannon on the sofa" if perfect for this group.
