some of us have this as a plug-in for PSE. It does wonders. I was introduced to Topaz by Scrapaholic Sherry. You can get parts or the whole bundle, which costs a bundle, but I think there is a trial version.

I'm really liking Topaz. Like Courtney said, I use Adjust most, but I like Remask for some extractions (I flip-flop on what program I like best for extractions - I guess it depends on the image), and I play around with the rest to see what kind of interesting effects I can get.
