12 x 12 page size: Where to get hard copy?

Hi! I have asked our local photoshops here in the province if they're printing 12x12 size of pictures but then only 8x11.5 size. Anybody from the Philippines especially knows where to have 12x12 size be printed? I am making my pages using 8x10 due to the unavailability of 12x12 hardcopy. Hoping for any information. Thanks.
