Rotating pics and embellishments

Hello all,i suppose you've heard this 100 times before, i am having trouble rotating my pics and embellishments on my pages, i tryed the crop tool after rotate because you get this white area around the peices,but that doesnt work...i am soooo stuck with this one, i have psp but dont have a clue how to use it,so if any advice on how to do this on sbf would be very appreicated..

I don't have PSP in english... But check this link out. The tutorial here is dead easy to follow!

Oh yes. I use the ScrapbookMax! software. There are few things I can not do in that program, it is so versatile. I only use PSE2 for extracting pictures from backgrounds more or less.
PSE2 is similar to PSP but not as advanced I think...
(Someone correct me if I'm wrong)
