magic extracter in PSE

have you ever used the magic extractor. it has a smoothing brush which i really like but what is the equivalent tool outside the extractor. I would love to have that smoothing tool to use outside the extractor as magic extractor doesn't work well for all pics.

it is located in a strange spot. rather than under filters which makes sense it is under Image - magic extractor. but be warned anything you do with this is considered to be destructive editing so make a copy first
