Open an image, duplicate it.
Click IMAGE, ADJUSTMENTS, DESATURATE.
Duplicate again, u now have three layers
Click IMAGE ADJUSTMENTS,INVERT
Change the blending mode to COLOUR DODGE in the layers pallet.
(NOTE, Your photo will turn white at this stage.)
Lastly click FILTER, BLUR, GAUSSAIN BLUR.
Adjust the slider to desired effect and click ok..
For an added bonus click on the eye on the middle layer in the layer pallet. You should now have a kind of coloured pencil effect. Cool Eh!!! Post any pages you make using this tutorial x
