Hi, just started scrapbooking recently. I have sign up for the membership but I cannot download anything. I think I’m doing something wrong. If someone can provide instructions on how to download. I keep on getting charged despite paying for membership. I have contacted support but no answer so far. Thank you for all your help. I do my scrapbooks on windows 10 on affinity.
