Top Rank Award

In the grand scale of things this doesn't seem much of a problem but it has me confused. I had a Top Rank award given for my scrapbook page "Butterflies and Flowers" uploaded the 9th January this year... the award has been there on my home page and against said page since awarded then yesterday I noticed it was gone.....hmmm. I thought maybe if you lost that placing you lost the award but as I checked various home pages I noticed some still had multiple Top Rank awards showing. ??????????????

		scrapfiend says: Hi Maureen. I can't remember which Gallery your page was in. If it was the Most Views Gallery, it has lost its place because other pages now have more views. If it was the Highest Score Gallery, it has lost its place because other pages now have more points. However, be patient. All the November/December pages are going to disappear from those galleries and will lose their awards permanently in due course, so yours will probably make a re-appearance as it's a 2018 upload. The award icons don't always disappear straight away on people's home pages, sometimes it takes a day or two for them to go. Hope this clarifies. :) Feb 5, 2018
