if you are clicking on the images and using the "save as" option that may be the problem as this downloads the image as a .jpeg and the result is the element on a white background. However, if you are clicking on the "download it" beneath the elements, it should automatically save in .png format which will have a transparent background. If you are using the "download it" option and still getting the white background be sure that you are saving it as .png if a window opens and gives you options on format. Hope this helps!! Dawn
