I had my eye operation yesterday so wont be scrapping for a while but I just had to say I agree with you Hayley, there are some stalwart friends who never miss so I am not including these, but for example when I enter a challenge I comment on every page in that challenge but sadly this curtesy is too often not reciporated,

I was thinking the same thing Haley! I was away for a week so was unable to comment but try and comment on all my friends pages.

Every day I comment on less and less friends pages. not sure where everyone has gone !!!!!!!!! personal votes have been on the slide for a long time. Im lucky these days if I get 200 !!!!!!! At the moment I have a set of some wonderful friends who vote on my pages regularly but there are some who put up pages on regular basis but don't bother voting on mine even though I always vote on theirs !!!!!!!! I have been with SBF nearly 7 years now and never known the voting to be as bad as it is now xxxx

I am not getting to visit SBF as often as I would like due to full time work plus many other commitments. I fly in when I can and try to comment on a fair few pages. Am looking forward to some time off soon and hope to catch up a bit more then x

With the time difference I start commenting when most are retiring for the night. Yes I'm finding that I have fewer pages to v/c than I have ever known. I'm lucky in that I am retired (but still have many things to do) so I vote on pages posted by all my remaining friends every day - I begin where I left off the day before and visit each page. I too get very upset with those who I vote for and they never comment on my pages. Thank you to those of you who always do I have a group of very reliable friends. Hugs to you all (u no who u r!!) Most times I'm able to C/V on all page when I log on in the mornings, but must admit there are times when I can't. I think we all understand that things come up. But I do try to do the best I can.

Just a post script ----------- Since this time yesterday there have been only SIX pages uploaded on my friends list.................... Need I say more !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xx

Sunday here and since last evening only 3 new pages have appeared in my friends gallery all from the same member! On some other pages no-one has voted on them since I did 12 hours ago - yes Madeline things certainly ain't what they used to be. Maybe when summer up there in the north comes to an end things will change. Thanks to all who vote on my pages. xxx

I spend a lot of my time creating pages for designers which is why I typically upload one page a day or less; sometimes a week. So I don't get on here everyday and, when I do, there are so many pages from my friends that I just don't have time to C/V on all of them. But I am going to start doing that on those who consistently do the same for me.

I can`t post here anymore, since SBF wants me to open a PayPal account for renewing my membership. I had an account at PayPal with my old creditcard, but PayPal don`t accept my new creditcard and it seems to be impossible to change that. I`ve send a message to support about 8 weeks ago but never got any reply from them.

Oh Neeltje I'm so sorry about this - we have missed your pages and input. I do hope there is some way to overcome these difficulties. If Rae Ann sees this maybe she will help some way. I'm surprised that you are having all these problems there should be something that can be done. Joce xx

I'm so sorry to hear this Neeltje. I went to your page and see how there is no way you could delete any pages as you have over 3000. I haven't had to renew yet but I'm wondering as I've done things with PayPal before where I have the option of using a credit card instead. Does anyone know if that is an option?

Oh gosh, neeltje, I specifically checked forums to see if there were any posts from you because I hadn't seen any scraps from you in a while! I really hate to hear you have had difficulties! I truly hope something can get worked out so you can stay with us!!

You do not have to use paypal. But paypal does make it really hard to bypass using paypal. You will have to find the credit card option which is usually hard to find. If paypal recognizes your credit card, it will not allow you to bypass paypal with that card. You will have to use a different card. We don't enjoy working with paypal either. But we are not a big enough company to set up our own secure payment system. We have to use paypal.

If you are still having trouble you can send a money order to support.

Support usually answers email within a couple of days. So, if you are not getting an answer either we are not getting your email or our reply is blocked as spam. Make sure you add us to your safe list.

I don t get here as often as I would like.So when I do I try to vote on as many as I can of those who have taken the time to vote on my pages.even if I go back a few pages .I get there in the end !

You should try checking thru your list of friends to see when last they logged in, you would be surprised!!! I have about 208 "Friends" and that's 11 pages I printed out, got to page 3 so far, and it is unbelievable all the members who are no longer on the site!!!!

It has gone very quiet at the moment, perhaps everyone is Christmas shopping! Not many entries in my challenges either.

That is a good thought simsage .going to do that now.it is a fact some or dare I say the majority of friends are too busy scrapping pages than to vote on others .So as I said I try to go back as many pages of my true friends and v/c.I don't vote now on pages of members who ignore mine.

This might be an answer to where have they gone. When you have members who enter a challenge then do not vote for anyone else, or for only a few members. Its obvious when You have 11 members in a challenge and you only get 37 votes? how does that compute? giving a minimum of 5 votes each, is 55, including we always vote once for ourselves! I can't understand how things got this way, it was never like this before.
