You can open your pictures in Windows Photo Gallery and resize them, there. You can also resize your photos in free programs such as Irfanview. If you use Photoshop, Photoshop Elements or Paint Shop Pro you can open your photos/pages there and reduce them. Hope this helps. xoxo

What I do is save them here first full size. Then I right click on the page I have finished uploading and adding description, etc to and I click 'save picture as' and it just saves it as a small file that I can then use on other site galleries. Then I don't have to go into resizing and things like that because that seems to take me longer.
